About Michelle Sneed

Michelle Sneed is a veteran industry executive with over 17 years of experience in television and film production. As a seasoned executive, Michelle is known for her revered leadership skills and acquired expertise in all phases of content development, execution, and exhibition, spanning the scripted and unscripted entertainment arenas.

Throughout her career, as an industry executive, Michelle has personally experienced the effects of what the lack of diversity and inclusion can do. To be a part of the change she wants to see, Michelle decided to take her talents, experience, and passion to start her latest endeavor: A Few Good Women®.

“As long as there’s a great story and vision, we can make it come to life.”

A Few Good Women

A Few Good Women® is a full service content studio and production company that embraces projects driven by complex and dynamic characters who represent diverse people, places, cultures, and concepts. It is a dream studio that stands for opportunity, growth, and creative ownership and allows space to deliver high-quality premium content. A Few Good Women® is modeled to carve its own path in the industry and set a culture for all talented creatives to be heard.

High integrity & expertise that make things happen

Producing premium content requires each pertinent phase of development, production and post-production, high-level deal-making and uninterrupted cash flow – along with managing multiple producers, on-camera talent, major vendors and studio operations, licensing & distribution, marketing & promo, residuals and so much more. Each of these items are in Michelle’s wheelhouse and proven track record, along with her strong work-ethic and impeccable leadership skills. Michelle’s high-volume, full-phase production expertise resulted in her producing over 200+ hours of content on a yearly basis and even more content hours in asset-delivery. Michelle is truly a force to be reckoned with.

Fearless decision-making skills

Michelle has served as a studio and network executive, and executive producer of hundreds of scripted television episodes, multiple films, and unscripted and live event productions in the cable and premium streaming spaces. She also identified and lead the opportunity to drive millions of dollars in post-production revenue, creating the work-flow and infrastructure to support over 400+ hours of content to filter through each year. These endeavors along with her superior skill-set in scheduling and building effective systems and protocols led to the colossal accomplishment of keeping production running safely during the pandemic, actually managing to increase productivity during that tumultuous time in the industry.

Working with community to help young talents become creative leaders

Michelle proudly supports non-profit organizations like Dreamchasers Inc., Girls With Gifts, Inc., and Streetlights. Their mission is to empower young, diverse creatives and encourage them to achieve career success through training, developing, and mentoring. Michelle stands for the growth of people, and she wants to set a culture that embraces inclusion and acceptance for diverse storytelling and creatives in the entertainment field.
